I have a Communication Degree from UC Davis and particularly enjoyed studying Business Writing and Communication Research. I worked as Vice President of REM Sleep Solutions, Inc. for 10 years growing the gross sales revenue 20% every year by using the creative marketing techniques I now offer to other businesses. I have been writing scripts and storyboards and executing successful marketing plans my entire professional career.
My passion is helping worthy causes and organizations tell their unique stories. When I can work on such projects as with the UC Davis Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science and Nevada City Rotary, I do them without financial compensation and out of compassion for the good work of humankind. Our hometowns of Nevada City and Grass Valley have provided us with wonderful opportunities to promote brands and organizations. The Famous Marching Presidents of Nevada City commissioned us to film An Evening With Ellen, highlighting Ellen Sargent and her connection to Nevada City and her contribution to the Constitution’s 19th Amendment. This garnered entry into the Toronto Women's Film Festival. My goal is to pursue more of these fruitful projects telling unique stories in longer format films. I mostly enjoy shooting the film at the highest levels and the beauty of great pictures. I love film and have worked with HBO on set in Hollywood! I am a member of Nevada City Media and have produced recent educational films such as Teach the Future.
